Alumni rates will be offered to any 2016-2019 attendees. You must register for Analyticon with the business email address used for previous Alteryx Inspire registrations to receive an alumni discount.

This is the perfect home for Analyticon level of festival experience. Mandalay Bay boasts an 11-acre pool paradise featuring real sand, a wave pool, and the only climate-controlled, poolside gaming in the city. Other resort highlights include award-winning dining by celebrity chefs, LIGHT Nightclub, Shark Reef Aquarium and Spa Mandalay. Mandalay Bay also is home to Michael Jackson ONE by Cirque du Soleil, based on the music and choreography of the King of Pop.

Rescheduled FAQ

Will my Analyticon 2020 registration transfer to Analyticon 2021?

  • Yes, all current registrations for Analyticon 2020 will automatically be rolled over to Analyticon 2021.
  • If you are not able to attend Analyticon 2021, you can request a full refund by simply emailing: analyticon@alteryx.com by May 31, 2020.

Is their any difference between the Analyticon planned for 2020 vs 2021?  

Our vision for Analyticon remains the same – to bring data people from around the world to connect and solve today’s most challenging business and societal problems, together. Analyticon 2021 promises to be the biggest and best event for data people everywhere – with the same programming, festival-like experience, and learning opportunities that we had planned for Analyticon 2020. The only difference is that we’ll see you in Las Vegas, next January.  

Can we get passes for next year’s Analyticon 2021? 

  • Absolutely! If you haven’t purchased a ticket yet, please register now to take advantage of extended early bird pricing. 
  • If you’ve already purchased a ticket for Analyticon 2020, your ticket will automatically be rolled over for Analyticon 2021.

How is Analyticon going to address safety precautions given the current COVID-19 concerns that may or may not be resolved by next year?

  • The health and safety of our data community is the most important thing on our minds.
  • As we have been since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are actively monitoring government and health organization requirements and will work to take precautionary measures everywhere possible for next year’s event.
  • We will be implementing  new health and safety plans to safeguard the welfare of all attending Analyticon 2021.

I purchased a ticket but am not able to attend Analyticon next year in Las Vegas. Can I get a refund?  

Absolutely. Please email us at analyticon@alteryx.com by June 1, 2020 and we will be happy to offer you a full refund. 

Does the Early Bird pricing timeline change as a result of Analyticon 2020 postponement?  

The Early Bird deadline has now been extended to August 31, 2020.

Is Analyticon 2020 postponed, or cancelled? 

Analyticon 2020 is postponed. The inaugural Analyticon experience will now take place on January 18-21, 2021 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. 

Is  Martin Luther King Jr Day being celebrated at Analyticon? 

Analyticon 2021 will begin on January 18, which is a national holiday in the U.S. celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. – and we understand that many companies and individuals observe this holiday. Analyticon is designed to bring data people together, embrace our diverse backgrounds, and create shared experiences. We hope you will join us in celebrating Dr. King and how important diversity and inclusion are in the global movement that is data analytics.

Who do I contact if I have general conference inquiries?

What is the dress code at Analyticon 2021?
Be yourself. You’re welcome here. We do suggest wearing layers, as temperatures can vary widely in the meeting spaces.

Will meals be provided?
Yes, we will feed you!

Main Conference: Lunch, refreshments, and snacks are provided Wednesday, January 20th and Thursday January 21st for conference attendees. Dinner and beverages will also be provided at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, January 19th and the Analyticon Closing Festival on Thursday, January 21st.

Will the event be filmed and photographed?
Yes. By entering and being at this event, you consent to be filmed and photographed. From time to time, Alteryx uses recorded video and photographs of conference events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked in writing to Alteryx, by virtue of your attendance, you agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. All videography and photography will be done in reliance on the consent you give by entering the event.

Yes, we do. You’re invited to come as you are, and engage with data in a way that’s meaningful and applicable to your own personal perspective. What is your ancillary event non-conflict policy?
Attendees and sponsors of Analyticon 2021 may not schedule and/or sponsor any event during the Analyticon 2021 conference programming schedule without Analyticon management approval. To schedule an ancillary event during Analyticon 2021, please contact Caitlin Hayes (caitlin.hayes@alteryx.com)

Can I bring a guest?
Yes! You can purchase a guest pass during registration that covers admittance to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, January 19th and Analyticon Closing Festival on Thursday, January 21st, which will include both food and beverages. A guest pass is only valid to these events and the guest must be 18 years or older. It is not valid to any other conference activities.

How do I register as an alumni?
Alumni rates will be offered to any 2016-2019 attendees. To successfully register, you must register for Analyticon with the business email address used for previous Inspire registrations to receive an alumni discount. If you have attended Inspire within the last four (4) years, a discount code will be provided on the payment page during the registration process.

How do I register as a group?
Group registration will be available to groups meeting the following qualifications: a small group of 5-14 attendees; or a large group of 15+ attendees for a deeper discount. Simply add additional registrants

How do I get the student/government discount?
The student/government discount is offered to attendees who have an official .edu or .gov email domain. You must register with one of these email domains to receive this discount during registration. If your email domain qualifies, a discount code message will automatically populate on the registration payment page.

What is included in the conference registration fee?
The full conference registration fee includes access to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, January 18th; all keynotes, customer and Alteryx breakout sessions, the Solution Center, networking events, expo access, and conference meals on Wednesday, January 19th and Thursday, January 20th. It also includes all evening events and the closing keynote on Thursday, January 20th.

I have a promotion code that I’d like to use. How do I apply it to my registration?
On the ‘Payment’ page, there is a field to apply your code before check-in. Please note that you can only use one discount code per registration.

What is the accepted form of payment for this event?
Credit cards are the only form of valid payment. Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How will my credit card payment appear on my statement?
Your conference registration fee(s) will appear on your credit card statement as “Type A Events”.

How do I obtain a receipt for payment?
You will receive a confirmation email upon submitting your registration. In this email you will be able to log back into your registration with your username (email used for registration) and password to access and print a copy of your receipt.

What is the conference substitution policy?
If you have registered for Analyticon 2021, and are then unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person from your company. Badges and passes may not be shared during the program at any time. Email analyticon@alteryx.com with the name and contact information of the person that you would like to transfer your registration to.

Hotel & Travel

How do I make a hotel guest room reservation?

We are working on a negotiated rate for our attendees and will share with you the best deals once available.

What airport should I use?
McCarran International Airport is the closest airport to the venues. It is approximately a 7 minute drive from the airport to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

How do I get from the airport to the conference?
Ground transportation (taxi, shuttle, or rideshares) is available from McCarran International Airport, but not provided by Alteryx.
